for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is V and Violet. In the image below is Groomsport VILLAGE where you can see VARIOUS types of VESSELS in the bay giving subtle REFLECTIONS in the water and below are more VERY VARIED VESSELS in Bangor Marina. Then we have 3 weather VEINS , an act of VANDALISM and finally VIOLETS I planted in a hanging basket in my garden some time ago and they now have grown a lot.

Beautiful set of photos that you display. I like the view of the collection of ships on the pier, the shape of the direction of the wind in the church, also the fertility of your ornamental plants.

ReplyDeleteThose sail boats are sooo pretty parked there just waiting for an outing. Probably none of that with shut-in status the the Corona Virus. I like too seeing those weather vanes, we don't have them in our newer subdivision here.
ReplyDeleteAt our country school, grades 1-8 and averaging eight students, we had flower beds of violets. They were the second flower I knew, preceded by the dandelion. In Eastern Nebraska they had a nice long growing season.
