WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is P and Painting. We start with this PRETTY PINK flower with POINTED PETALS, followed by a PAINTING in oils of an autumn scene which I PAINTED over 40 years ago. The bird PERCHED on the chain is a PIED Wagtail.  This PUMPKIN is POSITIONED in a PROMINENET PLACE on this PORCH with a sausage PRECARIOUSLY PROPPED between his POWERFUL  jaws and PUTRID teeth. The PENNULTIMAATE PHOTO shows 2 PAIRS of PEARS. My final PHOTOGRAPH is a PLEASANT and  PEACEFUL scene in Bangor  Harbour (not a PORT) giving me a PERFECT REFLECTION.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is N and Numerous.  In Bangor Walled Garden these   trees had NUMEROUS apples and pears covering them. About a month ago I took boat trip to Alisa Craig Island and on this island saw 39,000 Gannets nesting.  Now I call that NUMEROUS! My final REFLECTIONS image was photographed in Cork at NIGHT, once again showing NUMEROUS lights.

I hope you enjoyed this post today.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is T and Top. The first three images were TAKEN in the Walled Garden. These pears were     grown on an espalier TREE that has branches TRAINED horizontally along the wall and this branch is near the TOP of the TREE and wall. The next images show TWO TALL Bamboo plants on either side of the other plants. Next the figs were at the TOP of the Fig TREE. The 4th and 5th image shows an artificial TALL TREE with TELLICOMMUNICATION equipment on TOP of it.  Another morning I was walking in Donaghadee and noticed the sun hitting the Moat on TOP of the hill.  Along the pier I photographed THESE TWO people, giving me my STREET PHOTOGRAPHY image

If you wish to know more about the Moat, this is the link below.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is R and Rustic. RUSTIC is a color that can be found in nature, a casual vibe and a sense of old-fashioned warmth or comfort and I hope you agree these photographs taken recently at the Walled Garden, filled that bill. Some of the images show RED colouring like the first image of the apples although the second image of apples are called RUSSET.

I walked home through Ward park and no one was RESTING on the seat to see the beautiful RUSTIC colours being REFLECTED in the water.

I hope you enjoyed this post today.
