Snow Buntings at Aviemore Scotland Day 3

I am still sharing Day 3 of my trip to Scotland with you and in this post we drove to Aviemore Ski Resort car park before going to journey on to Loch Garten (last 3 posts to see Crested Tit, Treecreeper and  G.S Woodpecker).  There we found about 16 Snow Buntings flying around the car park, however we had to take photos from the minivan due to lots of skiers getting out of their cars to go skiing and making the birds were very skittish.

The conditions were not good and I was sitting in the middle of the second row of the minivan so my view was restricted to take photos so I was fortunate to shots these ones.

I took a very short video that can be accessed at
