Time for WeekendReflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is Y and Year.   The fist photograph has several YACHTS racing and vying for position showing my WEEKEND REFLECTION.  My second photograph is a 1 YEAR old Swan.  The third shot is my sister and myself who was 3 YEARS old at the time so what YEAR was I born? My fourth shot was my Aunt Gladys who turned 100 YEARS old on that day. and my final shot is YELLOW daffodils.

SATURDAY CRITTERS

These photographs were taken at Kiltonga Nature Reserve.  There is a beautiful bronze statue of a Swan.  There are also Black headed gull and Mallard.

Recently my Bird Group and I went to the Kiltonga Natrual Reserve in Newtownards where these Mute Swans with their cygnets werefeasting on this weed.  There were also a few Mallard ducks.

Recently my friend Alan and I visited the WWT at Castle Espie where we saw this Black headed gull nesting on top of a roof.  Then we saw these Swans with their young cygnets resting and finally the Ross’s Snow geese.

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter  is A and Along.  I think all these owners are  being pulled ALONG by their dogs as they walk ALONG the beach.  The cygnets are following ALONG after their mother Swan. The final shot is my STREET PHOTOGRAPH where this young child is ALL ALONE however out of sight is her mother running ALONG this path to catch up with her!

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is S and Silence.  This is the chapel at the National Trust Property at Mount Stewart and when I took this photograph there was complete SILENCE. The SWEET PEA flowers below are SWEET SMELLING and are the first of this SEASONS crop. Finally a SINGLE Mute SWAN with his REFECTION in the STILL water.
