WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY - Birds of Tory island (Part 9 )

These are some of the birds I saw on Tory Island in May this year when I climbed up onto the high cliffs.

Oystercatcher

Rock Dove

Lapwing  in air and her chick below.

Fulmar

Razorbill

These Puffins were seen from on top of the cliff but on Saturday
I will show you ones a bit closer.

I am linking this post with WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY.

I hope you enjoyed seeing these birds and thank you for visiting.

Also many thanks to all who leave comments.  I appreciate every one.

  13. You reached the dizzy heights with those pictures Margaret. It's amazing how those birds spend so much of their lives on tiny spots of cliffs and ledges like that in all sorts of weather.

  16. I loved seeing all the beautiful birds. Those on the cliff are wonderfully captured. I was a little worried that you were very close to the edge on a cliff in that one shot. Be careful!
