I arrived back from my break on Saturday evening just
in time to see 2 Tall Ships leave Bangor Harbour with about 300 people on board, bound to sail around Belfast Lough. I had so many photographs that for the first
time ever I tried putting them into a slide show for you. Just to let you know, as there will be no commentary,
the first people I spied on board were my brother and sister in law which you
will see, another shot is how far the ships were when they were in Belfast
Lough so those shots will not be as good quality and finally a few shots I
changed into B & W and sepia.
This is
part 1 today, because what happened next was VERY unexpected so you will see it
tomorrow in part 2. I have also divided
the video into two parts and you can see part 1 after the slide show today.
The slide show can be accessed at

To get some of the far away shots I moved round the coast a bit however when I saw what was happening at sea, I returned to the harbour to inquire about it. All will be revealed tomorrow.
