not often one gets stopped in ones car because Emu parents were taking their 12
chicks safely across the road! Taken by
my daughter, Judith in Australia
I am
linking to WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY.

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat sighting of the Emu! WOW 12 chicks, is that a normal size family? Take care, enjoy your day! Have a great new week!
Most clutches have about 8 to10 eggs but can go as high as 20. that is amazing Eileen, isn't it?
DeleteLooks like a perfect stop for some photographs. Did not know Emu had that many chicks.
