SATURDAY CRITTERS

These are photographs of Guinea Fowl I shot at dusk in Ward Park just before they went onto their rooting site either in the large trees or In the bushes.

    They are not the most attractive bird, but I believe they make excellent guard dogs.

    I have never touched a bird like this, but those feathers look so soft and silky.I wonder if they really are like that?
