SATURDAY CRITTERS - Close Ups of Swans at Mount Stewart

Once again, these photographs were at taken at the National Trust Property, Mount Stewart Gardens during a photographic weekend and they are close ups of a Mute Swans.  I am linking this post with  SATURDAY CRITTERS.

I am now on my way to Malawi and although I will not be commenting while I am away, I have scheduled in all my posts and am featuring images that Danny, one of my bird group sent me as he is a very good photographer.
So over the holidays I hope you will pop in to see his beautiful images.

Many thanks for visiting and also for all your comments.

  2. Hi Margaret, I love the close-ups of the Mute Swans. Enjoy your time with your precious family. I will pop in and check your posts periodically. We're also on our way to Marquard on Monday and Tuesday. I'll be back on Wednesday and preparing for Christmas for me and Grant (alone!) here on the mountain. Blessings Jo

  6. Hi Margaret. I think those pictures are called "Close close-ups". That swan must be a close friend of yours.

  8. Excellent images. We have trumpeter Swan here. They have all black beaks and feet but otherwise seem similar.

  10. Hope you arrived well and travel went smoothly. A very merry Christmas to you in Malawi. Wishing lots of blessings and fun times with your family:) Hope it will be warmer there than in the UK! This time our son who lives and works in Holland is coming to us for the rest of the month, so we're not traveling - only short distances:)
