WEEKEND REFLECTIONS - Ailsa Craig island (Part 4)

Once again, this is a view in Cushendall village at the River Dall.  Below is a lone female Mallard and although you will not be able to see them in the other two shots, there is a Grey Wagtail and a Dipper feeding here.
If you wish to see the video of that CLICK HERE.  if you have not seen it.

I am linking this post with WEEKEND REFLECTIONS.

  1. Love that bridge.
And am envious of the water and the incredible greeness of the countryside.

  2. Nice shot of the mallard duck and that looks like a great walkway alongside the creek to view birds from. EC is right- looks like there is no rain shortage here!

  3. It looks beautiful Margaret. To my shame I have not visited Northern Ireland. It is on the list so maybe in the not too distant future I will have my own memories of some of the wonderful places you share with us.

  12. That river is a classic location for both species - I had great views of Grey Wagtail in a similar location when I was back in the UK recently.
