GOOD FENCES- Victoria Park, Belfast (Part 2)

We continue our walk round Victoria Park near Belfast today and this bridge below was new last year.  The Council have also enhanced the park by beautiful wide paths as well as making the beautiful curved bench where we stopped to have our morning coffee and sat opposite this beautifully curved metal walkway which has been planted with Willow on either side.

Just have to mention that you see on top of the wall there is beautiful red stonecrop encased in netting. I think it is a wonderful way to decorate a wall.

This view has us back at the car park and there are always geese, ducks and gulls present.  I  will be showing you the birds I photographed on Saturday.

I am linking this post with GOOD FENCES.

Thank you for joining us on this walk and also to all of you who are kind enough to leave comments which I very much appreciate.

  1. The bridge is elegant and stylish, but those fences are gorgous. I would love to see them covered with climbing roses, or a wisteria.
