All these shots are from my trip to Malawi. The birds are Cormorant, Yellow Weaver, Little Bee Eater and
Pied Kingfisher. No more words are necessary. If you could only pick ONE shot you liked, which one would it be?
I hope you liked these Black and White shots. So which ONE did you pick. I do hope you could find one you liked!
Thanks for your visit and to those who leave a comment
with their ONE choice.
How lovely they all are! I think the first one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me know your no 1 choice.
DeleteRules are not something I do well, but I will try.
ReplyDeleteI liked a lot of these photos - but in black and white it is the cormorant fanning its wings which has my heart.
Thank you for letting me know your no 1 choice.
DeleteI like the spider the best, but it was a toss up between the spider, and the "boys" on the rocks.
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me know your no 1 choice.
DeleteThese are wonderful pictures in black and white, Margaret.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the last photo.

ReplyDeleteThey are ALL beautiful, Margaret. There is a "mood" with B & W that I particularly appreciate. My favorite it the one of the bed... I love the play of light on the netting. blessings ~ tanna

DeleteYour grandchildren at the hammock. Love all the textures as well as the fun of kids laughter. No. 2 is the tree root shot.
ReplyDeleteThank you for choosing the Hammock and my grand children one as your number one.
DeleteI like them all,but was drawn to the two people standing on the rocks. It looks contemplative and perfect in black and white.
ReplyDeleteHI Ruth That is my grandson and his father. They will be glad you picked that one. Thank you for choosing only one.
ReplyDeleteHi Margaret,
ReplyDeleteI find this black / white series very beautiful. The birds come in nice and especially the last bird I find beautiful to see. The other pictures of the roots of the tree, animals and people get very nice about it. Beautifully done and I enjoyed it.
Kind regards, Helma
Oh, wonderful aspects, Margaret... I liked them all!! I Ma favourite is no.4, the large panorama...
ReplyDeleteHave a Happy March!
Glad you were able to pick only one. It is something's difficult to do this and some have struggles and not achieved it.
DeleteAll wonderful images, Margaret. I do like the kids with the hammock and that tree with the roots.
ReplyDeleteExcellent black and white Margaret. It always makes a nice change.
ReplyDeleteI love them alll...

Hi Ann if you look in my labels under Malawian birds or video, you will find more shots and video of this bird should you wish.
DeleteI really like them all equally well, Margaret, but I think if I have to choose a favorite it would be the kids with the hammock.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cheryl for choosing just one shot. The kids will be pleased as I think this shot is a popular one.
DeleteI could not pick just ONE! So I chose the second picture of the cormorant, the weaver and his house, and the tree with the exposed roots!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to pick one favorite! I am partial to dangling fronds and beach scenes as in the first photo, but the hammock shot it nice, too.
