THROUGH MY LENS - Amsterdam Zoo Birds

These are a few more bird shots I took at the Artis Royal Zoo in Amsterdam.  They are the Brown Dove but I am not sure which one, nesting Grey Heron, Great White Pelican, Inca Tern, Burrowing Owl and a Grey Heron on the bridge.  I am linking to Through My Lens.

Many thanks for visitng and also for all your comments.

  2. The last bird looks like a Blue Heron. But I have never seen the Grey. I love the Burrowing Owl, he is my favorite tonight.

  3. OMW Margaret. Imagine seeing all these beautiful birds in one go. I love the Inca Tern and the Burrowing owl; and because I always enjoy doves, am fascinated by the Brown Dove. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful day. Jo

  6. There's just something about herons in a tree that looks absolutely silly to me..... Delightful pictures, however!
