SATURDAY CRITTERS - Amsterdam Zoo

Once again these are more critters I photographed at Artis Royal Zoo in Amsterdam.  There were lots of animals together and today I am showing you a Tapir with Llama and Alpaca with a few Southern Screamer birds running around.  I am lnking to Saturday Critters.

  1. Southern Screamer Birds? I have never heard of them, perhaps it is a nickname? He looks like the offspring of a Roadrunner and a Pheasant! This all looks like The Peaceful Kingdom.

  11. Margaret, I have never seen a Tapir or even a picture of one. Thanks lots, you have nice pictures of it. Neither has Mrs. Jim. We think it is large hog size???
