Today and Wednesday I am showing you my final
photographs that I took during the CONVERSATIONS weekend of 16/17 September at
Mount Stewart House and Gardens. Today, I
was on a garden tour with four Canadians.
Enjoy.
Here the guide is showing us a beautiful Myrtle Tree.
The trees at Mount Stewart are fabulous
but often people miss the beautiful little suprises
that I often find at the base of these huge giant trees.
I am linking this post with THROUGH MY LENS
On Wednesday I am showing you a conservation tour I did in the house so pop in and see that post.
Many thanks for your visit and comments
I always love a garden tour. The big, the small and the tiny beauties all enchant me.
ReplyDeleteThat is a seriously red flower! Nice image.

love that first shot!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a good eye, Margaret. You never miss those little things anywhere including at the base of a tree. Mount Stewart has to be a Marvelous place ... so glad you shared it with us. And, I want that orange and green grass in my yard ... what is it called?

Love the last photo!
ReplyDeleteSometimes the small things are the best!
Intense red flower. Looks like a great garden tour.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Margaret - the first one is stunning :) Wonderful to see the cyclamen at the base of the tree. I've tried growing them in our garden but they seem to disappear after one season.
ReplyDeleteLove the bold beauty of the first flower and the more delicate and subdued beauty of the last.
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers! Looks like it was a great tour.
ReplyDeleteSuch simple beauty!
ReplyDeleteThe little purple flowers under trees are a very nice bonus!
