SUNDAY THOUGHT - Great Saltee Island

God blessed them and said,
“Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”

Genesis 1:22

Photographed on Great Saltee Island in 2015

If you look careful, you will see the young Gannet chicks.

Many thanks for visiting and also for your comments.

Have a blessed Sunday.

  10. These are some joyful birds, so nice to see them filling the water instead of the mall parking lots.

  15. These are gorgeous birds! It's amazing that they let people get so close. I went on a tractor tour to see them a while back and was amazed by their beauty.

  16. Hi Margaret, it's been a long time since I've left you a comment. I am still around. I've never seen these pretty birds before. I assume a type of seagull. I hope things are good with you. Enjoy your day!
