SCAVENGER HUNT SUNDAY

How quickly another week goes by and it is time to link up with Ashley's SCAVENGER HUNT SUNDAY.  At the weekend I was on Copeland Island with some friends and this is a pair of their boots below and the 'Inspiation' shots below them were are also shot there.

1. Boots

2. Inspirational

3. Artificial Light
I attended a Tea Dance in the Ulster Hall in Belfast and these were some of the refreshments we were given.

I met up with some of my nursing friends for a mini reunion in Belfast and as I had them altogether in a lift, I decided to take a photograph.  Now can you see how many of us there are?  We are all in the lift and you will see the answer at the end of this post.

4. Negative Space
Now I was not sure what negative space was so had to do some research on that before submitting these two shots and hope they are correct.  Again the above shot was taken on the Copeland Island and below is a sunset as I was coming out of Crawfordsburn Country Park.

5. Outside My Window

I have several bird feeders that I look out onto in the back garden and many birds feed there and this is a male Bullfinch.  Below, is my Maple tree turning a brilliant red and it only lasts for about a week but it is lovely beside the shrub Eleagus varigata.

There were only nine of my nursing friends in the lift.  Did you work it out?

I hope you enjoyed the post this week.

I have to apoligise to many of you as today I accidently deleted the first 4 of the comments that have been made on this post.

  3. A successful hunt. Everything was shot, but nothing is dead. It's like a riddle!

  5. Somehow I'm imagining Elvis singing, "Don't delete me...." Anyway--- All of these are nice, for sure. But the lighthouse through the angled window is my favorite.

  7. Good Day, Margaret! What a wonderful series of images you provided for our enjoyment! Of course, I have to love the Bullfinch, but they are all terrific! And at last you have answered the age-old question: "How many nurses will fit into a lift?". -- :)

Gini and I hope your new week will be blessed.

  9. The lighthouse sunset shot is gorgeous. That is a pretty feathery maple tree. Our maples here hold their color for a few weeks unless a big storm comes through and blows them off. That bullfinch is a good shot too.

  14. Margaret, you did good! Especially with negative space - you could have done that one 4 times over. Love them all, but that first lighthouse shot is a beauty. I giggled at the nurses in the lift - try to beat that record next time and I love the bull finch ouside the window looking in at you.

  15. If I put nine of my nursing friends in an elevator, that would be about eight too many! Love your interpretations.

  18. I think you did well with the negative space. Good choices for your scavenger hunt. That lift looked a bit crowded!
