These white Pigeons have been at the farm at Glynn, County
Antrim for generations. In fact there
has been 9 continuous generation of the Blair family farming here. Although this time I came to the farm to see
and video the milking, it was lovely to see these white Pigeons flying around.

I hope you enjoyed seeing all these beautiful birds on the video.
I am linking this post with WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY.
Many thanks for your visit and comments that you leave and tomorrow I will show you a video of the continuation of the milking process.
Beautiful things. I know that lots of people don't like pigeons, but I do.
ReplyDeleteawesome, they are so beautiful all together like this, we've a few white pigeons in town at least I think they are pigeons but then they could be doves I wouldn't be able to tell ;-). 9 generations quite impressive!
ReplyDeleteHello Margaret, the white pigeons are pretty. I love the photos and the video. Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of pigeons.
ReplyDeleteNever seen one of these of course I may have and assumed it was a dove. I'm not very good at identifying birds.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, aren't they splendid. Great photos and video Margaret :)
ReplyDeleteLovely birds Margaret, but they look more like Doves to me.
ReplyDeleteThe birds, the birds, the lovely happy merry birds they seem to be!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen white pigeons before. You found a large flock of them!
ReplyDeleteWoW....a big group and some beautiful images. one came and stayed with me for several weeks, he was tagged and one day he just never came back!!!
ReplyDeletepretty white pigeons, we live at a place where in the past a man has grown pigeons. nowadays there are still some, grey not white ones, but sometimes they are a bit too noisy ...
ReplyDeletehave a nice rest of the week ;-)
They are all white. Were there no coloured ones? I think that pigeons, although often a nuisance can be quite beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThey look amazing all flying together. I also wanted to say thank you so much for all the support you give me on my blog. I know I don't always get to say thank you, but with school, volunteering and ringing and everything else it can be hard. But I am really grateful for all your support. From Findlay.
ReplyDeleteWelcome Margaret
ReplyDeleteIt is a great pleasure to look at your beautiful photos and great white birds.
Greetings.
Lucia
WOW! I have never seen so many white pigeons in one place.
ReplyDeletevery pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery unique pigeon. And they don't look dirty:)
ReplyDeleteThe white birds flying against the blue sky are especially beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat action shot of them taking flight!
ReplyDeleteThat first shot is absolutely wonderful!
ReplyDeleteSo many flying all at once. Nice to see them flying in the video.
ReplyDeleteLots of white ones!
ReplyDeleteGlorious shots of the white pigeons - especially love the first photo :)
ReplyDeleteI am guessing there are many more than 9 generations of white pigeons present at the farm. So many and they are all gorgeous, but I am imagining a lot of bird poop ... the downside of a large flock of birds making themselves at home on your barn :) This seems like a wonderful place to visit ... I love farming and agriculture. My father was a Professor of Horticulture and as a child we used to go to the University farms to see the animals. It is a great tradition if it is done right. Love all of these posts, Margaret ...
ReplyDeleteAndrea @ From The Sol
Beautiful pigeons, do they breed them?
ReplyDeletelovely pigeons
ReplyDeletewhite doves are supposed to be peace doves. Maybe we should ask them to fly to Syria and all other places with warfare :)
ReplyDeleteNicely done, Margaret!
