Mount Stewart House and Gardens (Part 3)

We will continue the tour of Mount Stewart House and Gardens today by showing you a video of  Lord Londonderry's Study.  Below is the exquisite ceiling rose and chandelier as well as the book cases in this interesting room, then we will step outside to see more of the beautiful gardens.

CLICK HERE if the video does not appear.

I would like to thank the guide that were extremely cooperative in assisting me.

This is the Sunk Garden which in August had fabulous Lilies blooming.  I do not think  I need to add any other words so just drink it the beauty of the plants.

This is the Shamrock Garden

showing below the Red Hand of Ulster and the Irish Harp.

This is the bark of the Myrtle tree.

I hope you enjoyed both inside the house today
as well as a walk in the gardens. If you missed the video of the Dining Room, Tapestery and Busts- CLICK HERE

I have still have the Breakfast and Drawing Room to show you and I will be showing you these on next Monday's post.

Thank you for your visit and also to all those who leave comments.

  1. This is very impressive........it must have cost a fortune much more than the Delorean car plant but it is money better spent.
