The Goldfinches seem to have done well this winter Margaret. I have a few regular garden visits and am seeing quite large "charms" when out locally. Keep well and safe Dave
It looks like the Goldfinch have done well this winter as I am getting good numbers in the garden and am suing large “charms” flying around locally.

Such beautiful birds, especially the goldfinch! We get mostly chickadees and juncos at our feeder. And so cool you have them eating out of your hand.
