That is a wonderful looking antique anchor. Like the added eyes on it to help hoist the anchor when it becomes wedged on the bottom. I've attached additional lines on an anchor for the same purpose.

Toss the anchor overboard--- let's slow those circles down. And yes--- the plaque does seem to have a bit of extra meaning these days.
