SATURDAY CRITTERS - Boat Trip on Shire River at Mejete (4)

As Judith and I made our way across the Shire River in a boat, it was an awesome sight to see Elephants coming down to bath in the river so close to us.

    Fantastic looking creatures!! Great photos of them. (How mankind ever got the stupid idea to kill them for their tusks is beyond my comprehension.)

    That's a close encounter! Wow! And hubby and I both looked at the antelope photos. They look like they have chalk lines on their sides. Amazing! Happy Saturday!

    Margaret thank you for sharing. What a privilege to be taking these shots of elephants. I have looked through your photographs. How inspiring. You are a brave lady. I see alligators. I see you in travel. Your very young looking as well even now and you look healthy to do that. I enjoy your photos and your bravery.
