These
are photographs when taken around the harbour in South Donegal while I were
looking at the birds, some of which I showed you on Tuesday’s post. I don't think they need any explanation except to tell you the the bird in the shot with the 3 buoys (no 14) is a Black Guillemot in winter plumage.
I hope you enjoyed this post and I thank you for making a visit.
Many thanks for all the comments you leave on this post.
Wow. Again.

ReplyDeleteSome seriously ropey pictures there Margaret. LOL. Yes, that Black Guillemot could cause a few puzzled expressions in that plumage couldn't it?

Wonderful to see everything is still shipshape on your blog, despite me being a tad absent and fancy free from blogland at the moment! Love all those ropes and knots!

ReplyDeleteWell photographed of the ships in the Harbour.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic shots. B
ReplyDeleteYou have a good eye for interesting subjects. I liked the bright hulls of the ships, the iron hook and chain, and the dense ball of fish nets that looked like knitting yarn.
ReplyDeleteSuch apt harbor photos!
