WEEKEND REFLECTIONS - Water Lilies

These are a few shots taken at a garden in Godalming, Surrey and next week I will show you the beautiful plants in the garden.  The netting in over the pond to keep Herons from stealing the fish.

    I love waterlilies these are beautiful..this week we saw a hugh water pond of lilies and Koi but there was no netting I wonder if the Heron bother with these fish or not, I shall have to ask next visit.

    what a beautiful and oh so peaceful place to visit. the flowers are wonderful and the last two, i love the arty look of the net over the flowers. my cousin has to do that for her koi pond because the birds were eating her fish

    What a beautiful serie... It is quite strange to discover those waterlilies behind a grilling fence, but it gives to the pictures an antique touch : it reminds me the veil women use to have on their hat... A parisian coquetterie for those beautiful flowers... ^^
