WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is R and Rustic. RUSTIC is a color that can be found in nature, a casual vibe and a sense of old-fashioned warmth or comfort and I hope you agree these photographs taken recently at the Walled Garden, filled that bill. Some of the images show RED colouring like the first image of the apples although the second image of apples are called RUSSET.

I walked home through Ward park and no one was RESTING on the seat to see the beautiful RUSTIC colours being REFLECTED in the water.

I hope you enjoyed this post today.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is Q and Queen. Recently to took a friend to lunch at this restaurant which fitted into the letter Q as it was called The QUAYS and even the fence had a lot of "Q's". Further down the coast of Down at Portaferry, I spied this building and the sign fitted into the meme as it was called QUEEN's University Marine Laboratory. Arriving back in Bangor I found a QUEUE sign for a train, a car park sign with QUEENS Parade and QUAY Street on it.  Finally I entered a QUIET library  where these two people were QUITE intend on working at their computers, giving me my STREET PHOTGRAPHY image.

GOOD FENCES

Recently my birders and I visited the Floodgates and Kiltonga Nature Reserve in Newtownards to do a spot of bird watching.  This is the family of Swans that I showed you on Monday’s post but you can “just” see on the left of the first shot a “fence” and the same fence but even less of it in the right of the second shot!

WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY

Recently my birders and I visited the Floodgates and Kiltonga Nature Reserve in Newtownards to do a spot of bird watching.  A few of the newer members of my group had never seen the Coots feet nor the red mark at the top of the Moorhen’s leg and that is why I took these shots.
