I
think we only have 2 Moorhens in Ward Park and this is one of them. I did see a chick about 2 weeks ago however
it has not been seen since and has been probably predated by My Grumpty the
Heron.

ReplyDeleteAs I may have said before--- There doesn't seem to be a huge difference between them and coots... mostly the red at the top of the bill, I guesss.
