WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY

This is the male and female Northern Pintail duck and

  1. Stylish birds - with very different plumage. It must have been challenging for early explorers to recognise they are the same breed.

  10. That male may not be the most colourful,but I think he is absolutely stunning. I always think the Pintail looks almost regal.
