Coming back from walking down Bangor Pier the other
day, I made my way via Ward Park and these are the critters I saw as I passed
through. The Peacock and Quail were
together in an enclosure and the Greylag goose, Mallard, Moorhen were near the
ponds while the Guinea Fowl and Jackdaw were wandering around the grass areas. I am lining this post with Saturday Critters.

Beautiful and colourful birds.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful outing. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see a Guineafowl again - we had a garden visit from a Guineafowl just before Christmas - where it came from, I have no idea but it disappeared as quick as it appeared. You can view it at https://youtu.be/0_cyN5X52No

ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely weekend ~ ^_^
The Mallard looks like he is thinking of jumping! Wow, your Quail shot almost looks like a porcupine! Your two first pictures are my favorite, you got an excellent and beautiful closeup of the Peacock. The Moorhen looks a bit like a turkey, from the neck up.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful selection!
ReplyDeleteA fine collection for one walk!
ReplyDeleteI saw a couple of wind peacocks in India - such a strange idea.
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
