Anna my grandaughter

Yesterday evening in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, I went to see my granddaughter Anna perform with her dance school in a tour that Strictly Come Dancing star Pasha Kovalev with his sensational dancers who were going  to preform their magical world of Ballroom and Latin Dances, however the performance had to be postponed due to technique difficulties.

As no photographs were allowed and Anna’s Dad, Chris is a professional photographer, I am showing you some shots he took of her in his studio.



















 Anna who has just turned 15 years old, would love to take up dance as a career.  Needless to say, I am  very proud of her and you may like to see some more of Chris’ work CLICK HERE.

 Naturally we were all disappointed as this was one of the reasons I was on the Isle of Wight to see her dance.

 I hope you enjoyed this more unusual post from me.

    Brilliant photos, I love the ones with all the movement in Anna's hair. Hats off to the photographer, Chris too very impressive on both counts. I hope Anna gets her dream to dance as a career, she looks a natural :)
    Bummer about those technical difficulties, such a shame for all I would imagine.
