All
this week I have been showing you Ngala Beach Lodge and this is the view as
it overlooks the grounds leading to the private beach.
Do
you see the bird? It is a Little Bee eater.
Perhaps you will see it better from the cropped shot below however on
Saturday I will be showing you many more photographs and video of it.
After
a far too short a visit at this beautiful lodge, I am showing you a few fences as we
were leaving the property.
Although we are leaving now, tomorrow
will be the penultimate post from this beautiful lodge so thanks for visiting today.
I am linking this post with GOOD FENCES.
Many
thanks for all the comments you leave on this post.
Hello Margaret!:) Wonderful fence post! You certainly had a fantastic visit to Malawi, with so many different birds to see, places to explore, and activities to do. The lodge looks like an interesting place to stay, and I would love to stay in accomodation like that, surrounded by all the beautiful flowers, and exotic wild life.:)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful place to go Margaret.

ReplyDeletelove the stone wall!! great big beautiful tree in the first shot, too!
ReplyDeleteI had to look up Malawi and found it in Southern Africa by Zambia, Tanzania and Mozambique. I assume this beach is in the northeastern part of the country along that long strip of water. The letter "z" repeats a lot in those countries' names.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very beautiful place! Love the cute little bird and your fence shot. Have a nice day!
ReplyDeleteThis place looks like heaven. But the best part is the Little Bee Eater - such a cutie!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a Bee Eater....pretty. As is this place...Janey (thanks for coming by)
ReplyDeleteI did see the little bee eater after putting on my glasses! lol. such a beautiful place and the fence is fabulous! Keep the gorgeous pictures coming...
ReplyDeleteYou are tantalizing us with pictures of green and flowers ... I long for those days at the moment. I must say that your fence picture is so artistically composed ... absolutly beautiful. And, you know that is saying something when you can turn an old wood post and a wisp of grass into such beauty. Nice post, Margaret ...
