This post is following on from part 1 of yesterday’s
post. CLICK HERE for a full understanding
for some of today’s shots. I am continuing
with my bird group on a very foggy morning as we walk to Helen’s Tower. I don't really think I need any more explanation on any of the shots so enjoy the reflections you see in most of the photographs.
Some of my bird class. We always have great fun and
very often learn something from each other.
I am linking this post with WEEKEND REFLECTIONS
Thank you for visiting and also many thanks for all those who leave comments on any of my posts.
Even though Eileen's computer isn't fixed to host Saturday's Critters tomorrow, I will be showing you MEERKATS.
Beautiful horses, close ups are superb Margaret.
ReplyDeleteNext time you get the Bird Group ask them to dip their toes in the puddle and then crouch down. It's a good shot but could have been a great one.
ReplyDeleteTake some kitchen roll out next time. I was having my breakfast when I saw all that snot. Those horses must have a duct blocked, cheap seedy hay does that.
I'm not squeamish but I was hungry and the porridge wasn't cooked quite long enough. Looked like poorly horse eye snot. I ate it but can't say I found it enjoyable......You weren't to know so it's not your fault.
HI Adrian Yes I really needed a tissue although I really don't think the horse would have let me wipe his eye! . Have a great weekend.
DeleteHi Margaret, looks like a fun group but a real "bird" group would all stand on one leg. LOL Maybe you can get them to try it for fun. I love all the berries, will the birds eat them, or other animals? Have a great day. Here's hoping the fog lifts.
ReplyDeleteHI Carol Now I will tell them what you said. You never know them might do it for me the next time we are out!! Three of them are over 80 years old so i think they are great. Thanks for you comment. Have a great weekend.
DeleteReflecting swans are great.
ReplyDelete~
It's great to see some of your bird class folks, what a fun group it's got to be. You sure do have a good eye for the lens, and some very worthy sights to capture.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular reflections. Liked seeing you in that horse's eye!
ReplyDeleteYour foggy morning shots are lovely!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun group and this is my favorite reflection.
lovely reflections.
ReplyDeleteGrand photos Margaret. Those close ups of the horse are marvelous, great reflections and I loved the back view of the swan with so much detail of its spread feathers. The mottled colored swans were very pretty also and your first shot was very artsy.
ReplyDeleteA very entertaining series of images. Your bird group makes a good reason to be out there enjoying the birds, but also getting some interesting shots.
ReplyDeleteYou captured some great reflections -- of your group, the swan and even the reflection in the horse's eye. Very well done! I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteLovely captures. Love the rear view of the white swan. All the reflections are wonderful. How close were you to the horses for the shots? Blessings.
ReplyDeleteHI Janice I was as close as the horse would let me. Of course it moves away a lot, so I had to be patient although not too long as my class was waiting for me!!! Have a great weekend.
DeleteGood pics, Margaret.
ReplyDeleteVery cool reflections in the water and the eyes.
ReplyDeleteHow cool to get a reflection in a horse's eye!
ReplyDeleteLoving this excursion. Thank you for taking us along.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! The swans are gorgeous. I wish you a wonderful weekend, Margaret!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful reflections, my favourite being the one of your friends. You're right about the chandelier, I should have asked the price!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and reflections. The swan pics are particularly lovely :) Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the beauty along this walk.
ReplyDeleteAll the serie is great, but I'm so fond of the first one : I find the composition formed by those drops quite amazing, Margaret.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! Your reflections in pictures two and three are gorgeous! What is that in the first picture, and is it a reflection? It is so pretty and mysterious. Number six may be my favorite, it is just BEAUTIFUL and I love it. The reflection inside the eye (SO hard to do!) and the beautiful leaf are my next favorites. Just sheer beauty today...
ReplyDeleteSuch a great opportunity for a beautiful reflection along this walk... The nature is amazing.. Lovely photos... and the swans are fantastic creatures
ReplyDeleteHI Ginny As I said in this post, you need to see the previous post to understand this post fully. Can you not see what is being reflected in the raindrops in the first shot? Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great series of photos! The reflections are amazing! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series of images, Margaret. Love the horses!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteWhere sorrowful or not, the horse's tear brought one to my eye too.
Peace :)
Dearest Margaret; Wonderful reflections and the tears of the houses impressed me!
