ReplyDeleteOh I love the boy Yellowhammer's fancy hair peak, as if he's been to the coiffeur for the photoshot. Wonderful shots, the little fox is priceless.

ReplyDeleteWow!..the 'old caravan patch' sure does well for wildlife Margaret! A great 'collection' you've got there!
ReplyDeleteAnd the bug?...it's a ladybird pupae (Harlequin I think!)...after 7 to 10 days it becomes an adult ladybird...[;o)
Have no idea what that bug is --but I love seeing all of your birds... Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
I agree with CT about the Yellowhammers. I haven't seen one for at least eight years and used to see them regularly up here. Sp pleased you are getting them where you are.
ReplyDeleteThese photos of the birds you captured are just fabulous! I am trying to decide my favorite. Hope that fox did not eat any of the birds! After taking a second look, I think it would be the Yellowhammer, which I have never even heard of! Cute and beautiful all at once!
