WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY

My daughter Gillian and I have just returned from spending a lovely time together on the island of Tenerife, Spain and I was very surprised at how few birds we found in this area.  The main bird everywhere was this Collared Dove.

  2. They're very much like our doves that whooo whooo all day long in the summer.

  4. I wonder why? I would have thought there were many because it's seaside, isn't it? Maybe it's seasonal? #WildbirdWednesday.
