SATURDAY CRITTERS

Time again for SATURDAY CRITTERS and these images are of a pair of Eider ducks I photographed down at my old caravan at Whiterock, Northern Ireland.

  6. Beautiful images of a magnificent species which aren't found in Australia. I also haven't seen Eider ducks in France, but that is not to say that they're not there.

  17. Eiders are such contrasting but pretty ducks, male or female. And I just love their calling at this time of year.

  18. Eider are great birds - loved watching them when I lived in the NE - used to see them a lot around Holy Island.
