WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY - Lifupa Conversation Lodge (Part 17 )

Once again I am with the guide in the early morning and we saw these birds below.  They are the Grey Hornbill, Grey Lourie, African Green Pigeon and although it is high up in the tree and sitting on a nest, I hope you can see the African Fish Eagle.

  5. The Grey Hornbills have BIG beaks! I wonder if the African Fish Eagle is related to the Osprey here in North America. I think I'll google it. ;)

  9. I've only ever seen a Fish Eagle in captivity I'd live to see one hunt in the wild.
