You are to live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of people who are crooked and stubborn. 

Shine out clearly among them like beacons in the dark world.

    Lovely lighthouse photo and appropriate for the verse. My son-in-law and I like to do puzzles together. We finished a 1000 piece one of lighthouses in the USA just this week. It's a holiday activity and for me a winter thing to do.

    I love this picture and your quote ... but I have to say it is hard here to shine out among the dark because the dark own all but a few small media outlets and they are working to take control of the internet. Then the dark will be able to keep the light from shining ... scary thought, right? No one knows how painful this is to watch
    and be helpless to stop it. Sorry ... didn't mean to dampen your day. Your light shines through, Margaret, always ...
