These are these are the pigs, horses and sheep I saw at
Quarr Abbey on the Isle of Wight. There
were also quite a number of hens however they were in accessible to photograph.
I hope you enjoyed this post and that you all had a wonderful Christmas.

Hello Margaret, I enjoyed all the farm animals. They are all beautiful critters, I especially love the sheep and horses.. Great photos..I wish you and your family a very Happy New year! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post.. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Margaret, Compliments of the season to you. I love your critter post today. Was that a wagtail in the last photo of a sheep? I have posted twice on Eileen's meme: once with non-critter-like critters! And the second time with my dog-critters. A video, you certainly gave me a good tool to play with when you taught me how to use Youtube. Blessings Jo
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Margaret, a great selection of critters today.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful farmyard animals images, I love that comes last, superb.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of the animals Margaret. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteGreat images!!! I am always especially fond of pigs/piglets. My father in law raised them. And my daughter collects them...in fact her youngest son gave her another ceramic pig to add to her collection for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBy the way...I wasn't online during the week prior to Christmas, so I'm very happy that you mentioned your card to us all....the robin with the snowfall is a very pretty image Margaret, thanks!!!
Beautiful pictures of animals, Margaret.
ReplyDeletePhoto 13 is my favorite.
Best regards, Irma

ReplyDeleteSo the piggies do like their mud...now I have proof!

Hi Margaret,
ReplyDeleteThese guys are all lovely.
The horse's blanket reminds me of my cycling rain cape.
Have a Beautiful day!
Peace :)
Wonderful photos, Margaret! I enjoyed seeing all of them. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteCute photos and the one with the little bird following along is just precious!
ReplyDeleteLove them all - with a particular weakness for the black-faced sheep which we rarely see. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI just love that last shot!
ReplyDeleteI love your close up of the black faced sheep! I can almost see the horses trotting around, very good shots!
ReplyDeletelol, love the sheep and the wagtail image. :) Nice catch.
ReplyDeleteLovely animals. But the pigs are the best. Rarely, hardly ever I see the pigs, and I have not seen before black pigs. They are lovely.
ReplyDeleteDearest Margaret; OH yes, LOVE the Sheep (which is my zodiac and next year♪)with cute 2 different color of faces♡♡♡ The little wagtail is an adorable companion, isn't! Felt sorry for the pigs for the muddy soil in the cage in England then(^^;)
ReplyDeleteps. When I read 'boxing day' in your sweet comment for me, I thought there will be a big boxing game after Christmas p:-) But I checked the word and 'GOT IT', thank you very much for the information♡♡♡
Wishing you Happy Holiday season and hope your summer isn't too hot now. Colder than the normal year here.
Sending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
Beautiful horses and sheep, and the pigs are so cute. Love the Bible verse! Hope you had a blessed Christmas!
