I visited Mount Stewart Gardens in Mid March and I do
have a lot of photographs to show you in the future, however today I am posting a few of the flower shots
that I have experimented with. I wonder
which ones (if any) do you like.
Above and below are Camellias.
This is the original Hellebore photo.
This is the original Camellia photo and
the remainder are all edited in various ways.
If so, do you have a favourite?
I prefer bloggers to be honest in their
opinion.
Many thank for visiting.
Many thanks for those people who kindly leave comments
on any of my posts.
While I appreciate the skill in editing, I think I prefer the natural images. The hellebore is stunning - as are the camellias.
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers and images, Margaret!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Margaret! These flowers are gorgeous, love the vibrant colors and I enjoyed the effects you created. Always fun to play with images.
ReplyDeleteDelicious delicacy in these flowers, very nice photos!
ReplyDeleteOK, my likes are 2, 5, 6, 10, and 13. #2 the red camellia and leaves looks so soft, #5 the orig. pink camellia is just so pretty in it's natural state, #6 the close up of the interior resembles a crowd of people standing looking down at something not just the inside of the flower, #10 the black and white, and #13 the edited red camellia with more black in the background is just plain cool and actually changes appearance by the way you look at it up close or farther away. Just my opinion but I agree with Elephant's Child that I prefer natural images too.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty flowers.
ReplyDeleteI love the fun you are having with the photos. Lucky you to have sen so many flowers in March!
ReplyDeleteLove the last two, I too like doing that, yours are fantastic.
ReplyDeletesuch pretty colors!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful flowers, most I like the 2., 3. and the last two.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Germany :-)
I not only like them,I love them. I cannot pick a favourite, except to say they are all favourites for various reasons.I love the originals, but the editing is well done and tasteful.Great post!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is original Hellebore photo--so exquisite! The shots in the sidebar (of you?) with bird in hand are so delightful.
ReplyDeleteWhatever process you used on the last two is really cool, so those two would be my favorites. The camellias I'm also smitten with as it thrives like crazy here in Louisiana.
ReplyDeleteYou have done a gorgeous job on these. Guess my fave is the hellebore, the macro version, and also these last two edited ones are very special. All great
