SATURDAY CRITTERS

Once again this Kelp Gull I photographed on the beach at the Indian Ocean.it was massive in comparison to the Hartkaub's Gull.

    Dearest Margaret; I can see many kinds of gulls near my district but they are all not so huge ;-) And yes, your photos show us the contrast. Love the two-tone-color with white and blue♪

    Good GRIEF, what a difference! It is hard to believe they are both the same species. The Kelp gull is huge, and look at that bill, I bet it could crack oyster shells.
