SUNDAY THOUGHT - Hummingbird Moth - EXTRA

Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Many thanks to Danny for letting me share these photographs with you and also all who leave comments on this post.

Have a Blessed Sunday.

  2. We have so many humming-bird hawk moths in summer. We also get the Broad-bordered bee hawk-moth, (Hemaris fuciformis) which looks very similar but it is much prettier. Have a good day Diane

  5. First time I saw a hawk moth in action I thought it was a humming bird, but a closer look showed it to be a moth. Danny shoots great action photos.
