These
are the Guinea Fowl we have wandering around Ward Park in Bangor however in the
first three images they decided to walk along my road which is just two minutes from
the park.
I am linking with
SATURDAY CRITTERS.
Many thanks for visiting and also your comments.
Perhaps discussing brexit with the goose... Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteThose Guinea fowl are quite a hoot!

I like that last picture. They are an unusual bird.
ReplyDeleteHello, they are strange and cute at the same time. Great photos of the Guinea Fowl. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your day and weekend. PS, thanks also for the nice comment on my blog.
ReplyDeleteHello Margaret. Great photos. Is it a wintering white-fronted goose or what it is? The goose looks very odd to me...
ReplyDeleteLike I said above - These are the Guinea Fowl we have wandering around Ward Park in Bangor however in the first three images they decided to walk along my road which is just two minutes from the park.
DeleteHello Margaret. I mean that sixth photo. In that photo is one goose. I just wondering what it is…
DeleteWlel it is Hybrid goose and probably a cross with a Greylag and perhaps a front fronted goose. We have 2 in the park and they return every year
DeleteI have always wanted to have some Guinea fowl around but they are sooooooo noisy!! Cheers Diane
ReplyDeleteThe Guinea Fowl are discussing the best way to get to the park. Good photo series of these birds.
ReplyDeleteThese look like the Helmeted Guinea Fowl that I post from time to time! They are beautiful, but always have a fierce look on their faces. I think they are saying "Don't mess with me!"
ReplyDeleteI love the Guinea Fowl, so vivid. Thanks for the christmas card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series of these guinea fowl.
ReplyDeleteAll perfectly photographed.
I wish you a nice Sunday.
Best regards, Irma
Beautiful birds! I wish you a good week!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! With those beautiful speckled bodies, it is too bad their faces are so ugly
ReplyDeletePretty birds ...their behavior reminds me of our wild turkeys, in the way they bunch up and the way they act as if they own that road! Safe travels to you over the holidays and thank you for the beautiful card.
