WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY -EXTRA - Redstart at Lake Orta, Italy

While I have my family here I am taking a breather and showing you an image that Danny, one of my bird group took some time ago and gave me permission to share with you.  It is a Redstart at Lake Orta, Italy.

    Splendid bird - I had the pleasure of watching one in the southern Lake District this year - I dont suppose I'll see one this year!

    It would be hard to tell it from a robin, but maybe they are smaller. Hope you're having a wonderful time!!
