I read an article about researchers finding that cows fed on seaweed have longer breeding periods, are more healthy, and product MUCH less methane-- a very good thing since theres about one and a half billion of the critters around. That has little to do with your quote or your fine picture, but I did find it interesting.

These look like Brahmin cows! I have seen them on T.V. But not sure how to spell them. We have a ton of cows around here, but none like this!
