Tomorrow
I will be showing you the windmill that we saw and climbed up into at the
Keukenhol Gardens in Amsterdam. Today I
am linking with GOOD FENCES and we have the platform of the windmill were you
can walk round the circumference of the windmill and have great views (well if
it had not been raining!!)
This
is the winch and the man who operates it.
Tulips
as far as the eye can see.
This
is a view from a tiny window as we walked down the stairs.
Now we are ‘fenced’ in.
Many
thanks for visiting and also leaving comments.
I love the pattern on the pavement, the row of tulips, and the pretty little bridge. I can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteNice to see so many enjoying the view despite the wet weather
ReplyDeleteI don't do small enclosures well - but loved the tulips.
ReplyDeleteVery clean white fence. Love it.

ReplyDeleteThe Netherlands must be a beautiful place, lovely shots! And there is also the rail "fence" of the bridge as seen in the 3rd picture, as well as the rail "fence" to keep you from tumbling off the platform. All beautifully kept.
ReplyDeleteThe view from the platform is pretty even in the rain!
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good week!
The tulips are amazing! And the rain makes for some lovely misty photos!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of the windmill. I love the tulips! Happy Thursday, enjoy your day and weekend ahead!
ReplyDeletegorgeous views, even with the rain. the tulips are lovely and i like the matching pavement!!!
ReplyDeleteRain provides its own soft quality to photos that makes going out in worth while. Love the look of the machinery. Nothing like a collection of gears.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so pretty there in spite of the rain. Enjoy the day and coming weekend!
ReplyDeleteNice capture on the circumference and winch... wow, it got lovely view from the top and window view on the little house
ReplyDeleteWell chosen perspectives--- especially the last one.
ReplyDeleteBummer about the rain but it looks like quite a nice place to visit. I'm always thankful for railings like that to help prevent people from falling off.
ReplyDeleteStill lovely views even in the rain. I like the patterns on the walkway.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful photos in spite of the rain! Thanks!
