These are photographs taken as I was walking round the
lake at Mount Stewart Gardens at the end of last month. From taking this first shot below, I spied an
artist in the distance so I made my way over to see what he had painted.
Aren’t the reflections and colours wonderful.
His name is Duncan Irvine and he often comes to Mount Stewart at different times of the year to paint. I happen to be telling him I was going to Sligo, Ireland for the weekend and he informed me he knew it well as he goes down once a month to give a teaching session in painting. I love seeing the new growth of the Fern heads
appearing.
While talking to Raymond I noticed where the walkway/bridge/fence was there were beautiful reflections. I think I thought of posting this for the Weekend Reflection meme but I thought you would like to see it now instead.
