Tilly - four months old pup!

I have been on the I.O.W. for the past 10 days and in charge of looking after the puppy, Tilly and picking up my 2 grand children from school.  Now Tilly is very lively and as she is still on 4 meals a day, usually needs walked 4 times a day (need I say more about that !!).  My daughter had 1 day off and on that day, my friend Eileen and I went bird watching (more in a later post).

However, as Eileen has an estate car, we took Tilly with us the first day my daughter was working, putting her cage in the boot.  She actually was very good when we had her out and when I wanted to photograph something, usually sat down unless another dog or people were approaching and then she got excited.

Tilly is a healthy happy dog, however it might not have been so.  About 5 weeks ago when my daughter and her husband were walking with her on the beach, a Bullmastiff dog attached her and nearly killed her.  I will not go into details as it is a too gruesome but as you can see she is fine now.

This is Tilly in Eileen's garden at the end of our birding day.

Notice the daffodils and snowdrops in Eileen’s garden.

I took some video at Eileen’s garden, then in the kitchen playing with  an empty plastic bottle and  finally down at a beach.  I hope you enjoy it.

It can be accessed at  http://youtu.be/uReplRXfE74

If there is a black space below, click it and the video will appear.

I hope you enjoyed seeing Tilly again.  If you missed seeing her as an even smaller pup, look in labels in the right hand column under 'Tilly' and you will find 3 more posts.

I am sharing this post with Saturday Critters.

  3. Tilley is sleek and handsome, guess I should say pretty instead! Happy she is okay from her tussle with the Mastiff. We had a similar experience with our pup a few years back.

    A treat to see the snowdrops . . .

  4. Tilly is gorgeous - love the U tube video, you are clever! The noisy bottle looks like it would keep her amused for a long time. My crazy poodle would have a lot of fun with Tilly at the beach! Lucky dog to be walked 4 times a day :)
