The Changing Faces of Nature!

Can I thank all those bloggers who send me suggestions on how I and others can up load our photos.  Unfortunately for me, I still cannot get my  photos onto my blog.  I now know that I have only used 0.07%  of my storage so that is not the problem.  Also I am on Google Chrome and it is not letting me into my site at all for blogger.  I now feel I am on a count down to stopping blogging if this does not get resolved in the next few day.  I have a few posts in drafts and then it may be "Goodbye".  Anyhow enjoy what I have for you today.

In all things of nature there is something of the
marvellous.

  1. Margaret, stick with Chrome. I suspect blogger has sorted this glytch. Go into Chrome and delete the cache and cookies. Chrome is possibly still using old data. Good luck.

  2. Hi Adrian. Many thanks for suggestion but I have already cleared. Also cleaned the rest of the computer! I have not deleted Chrome as it does work other than with my blog!!! I only got my blog on today because I used Internet Explorer. I am eternally hoping that blogger gets this sorted out.

  5. Margaret, you're not alone with issues uploading images, on your blogger dashboard click on the "gear clog" on the right handside of the screen, ignore the options availiable and use the search bar, I typed in "unable to upload images", the first response is from "blogger" try these suggestions if you haven't already, but I wonder if the problem lies in the drafts, perhaps publish the draft posts and see if the problem persists.

    1. HI Douglas No Ido not think it is the drafts that are doing it as Carole also has this problem and as far as I know she does not have anything in draft. I wouldn't normally have this number in draft but I was looking up quotes and just decided to put them there instead of elsewhere. Now I will also now try your other suggestion and I will let Carole M know about it too. Many thanks for you help.

  6. Blogger does seem to be very temperamental. Have you considered moving to Wordpress or something? I know it would be a complete pain but many people swear by it. Nice puddle by the way!

  7. I feel sure that eventuall this will get resolved margaret, DONt give up and just give it some more time: surely this will get resolved. Or there would be option of starting anew on a different formatsuch as wordpress and leaving a link to that on your current blog. We will all follow you over for sure.

  8. Margaret I just tried to make a comment from my nook and don't think it worked, but not sure. Have you thought of having a "geek" help you out. Perhaps that would work. Hope that you don't give up, as we would all miss you very much. Have you thought of starting a new blog on Word press? Then leaving a link to the new blog on this blog. Surely google will get this figured out eventually. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will eventually get resolved. Best to you, and can only guess how frustrated you must feel about this major aggravation. We do put so much effort and love in to our blogs. Big hugs from Texas!

  12. We've all suffered with the vagaries of blogger Margaret. I know it's a pain in the proverbial but stick with it, I'm sure it will sort itself out in the end. Good luck.
Lovely patterns in the ice btw...[;o)

  13. I've been blogging on blogspot since 2007 (have 2 defunct blogs) and until G. Chrome I had no difficulties with blogging, (I did try wordpress but we weren't a good combo so returned to BlogSpot, I know others swear by it) I had difficulties when I checked yes to GC, I found by staying away from using it I have no longer any worries with photos and videos. I'd HATE to see you go but I can sympathize, you do so much prep work that having this undefinable obstacle work against you has to be frustrating. I hope you find a solution or someone to help you work out the blogger demon. Good Luck.

  14. I sincerely hope that you will continue blogging Margaret and that this is not the end for your superb blog. I can't help as regard blogger as I haven't had any issues, at least not yet, but it would be a shame that you stop because of these problems.
