SATURDAY CRITTERS

Here in Northern Ireland lockdown has easied in so much as 6 people can meet outside but still with social distancing.  I am starting my Bird group and Walking group with this small number but you are very welcome to join us on our walks, albeit still 6' apart!  These photographs of dogs were taken on Ballyholme beach and near Ward Park, Bangor
I am linking with SATURDAY CRITTERS.

I hope you enjoyed walking with me today.
I appreciate you visit and comments.

I may not be able to comments as much as usual as I seem to be busier with my many groups so that no one gets cabin fever, so I hope you understand that.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is W and White. This is a WADER called a Turnstone with a WHITE belly, in the WATER we have a Black Guillemot showing WHITE on his outer and inner wings, then a lady on a partly WHITE bike with a WHITE helmet, socks, soles on her shoes and a cardigan, followed by 2 WHITE breasted Herring gulls with WEBBED feet, a WHITE breeding  Little Egret, a house with a WIDE gateway and a stone WALL behind it and finally dawn at WHITEROCK where I have my caravan (and now cannot get to it because of lockdown) showing a lovely REFLECTION.

I hope you enjoyed today's post.
I appreciate your visit and comments.

Things I have photographed on my walks

Here in Northern Ireland lockdown has easied in so much as 6 people can meet outside but still with social distancing.  I am starting my Bird group and Walking group with this small number but you are very welcome to join us on our walks, albeit still 6' apart! Before I start teaching my bird group daily, I show them images I take on my walk and they have to guess where I am.  It has turned out to be quite competetive between them but is also great fun.  For you just enjoy some of the things I see on my walks.

I hope you enjoyed walking with me today.

WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY

Here in Northern Ireland lockdown has easied in so much as 6 people can meet outside but still with social distancing.  I am starting my Bird group and Walking group with this small number but you are very welcome to join us on our walks, albeit still 6' apart! These photographs today were taken a few weeks ago in Ward Park and now this Mallard duck has 5 surviving ducklings.  I was a bit worried when 2 of them ventured very near a weir but all was OK in the end.
