WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY

I visited a National Trust Property recently at Mount Stewart Gardens, near Newtownards and as I was  walking round the lake, in the distance I spied a Little Grebe who was happily diving for food.

    Whenever I see a little Grebe, they are always so alone.

    What a nice bird. Did you have know this bird as a Dabchick? Thats what we called them when I was a kid. Cheers Stewart M - Melbourne
