WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is M and Mini.  So today I thought I would take a walk around my town and look for MOTOR cars that started with M and below is what I found on this one walk. First MINI, then MAZDA, MERCEDES, MOKKA,MG and finally not only is the yellow car MX5 but it has to M's in the number plate.

Then I walked into the Walled Garden where I spied these MARIGOLD flowers and the images below has MANY wildflowers in it.

Nearly home but by Ward Park where I saw this MOULTING MALE MALLARD and a MOORHEN both with REFLECTIONS.

WILD BIRD WENESDAY

These images were photographed in May 2019 at Inch Wildlife Reserve, Ireland.  They are Black Swans with cygnets.  Some years ago they must have escaped from a collection but are now wide and have been breeding here for a number of years.

WEEKEND REFLECTIONS AND THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP

Time for Weekend Reflections and The Weekend Roundup and the letter is L and Lake.  Now this week I am showing you a freshwater LAKE we found, off the beaten track one day we were out in the car in South Africa. This is my daughter’s LOVELY LONG red hair although that day Anna had made LOOPS as you can see and of course now you cannot see how LONG it was.  Perhaps you can see the LONG rope hanging beside Anna (left)

It was a LOVELY day with blue skies and beautiful REFLECTIONS.  The LAND to the right is actually an island and the kids and I had LOTS of fun in the canoes and rowing boat having races round it. In the last images you see a LONELY baboon in front of LONG straight trees.

Greylag Geese EXTRA
